After eight Poultry Conferences held in virtual format, last Friday, November 11, the Eleventh Poultry Conference was held in person, at the facilities of El Castillo, located in the city of Crespo, province of Entre Ríos (Argentina).

The theme was chosen: “Update: One health, one single standard”. The reason for its choice is because “the concept of “One Health” summarizes an idea that has been known for more than a century; that human and animal health are interdependent and linked to the health of the ecosystems in which they exist.
